· Quali sono gli ingredienti necessari per fare la pasta?
Come indicato nel libretto di istruzioni all’interno della confezione, la ricetta consigliata da MARCATO™ prevede l’utilizzo di 250 gr. di farina “OO” e 250 gr. di farina di grano duro e quattro uova. L’impasto così ottenuto consentirà di produrre 800 gr. di pasta. Il numero di uova può essere diminuito ma in tal caso deve essere aggiunta acqua, in modo che l’impasto presenti una consistenza sufficiente per le lavorazioni successive. Top

· Si Può fare la pasta senza uova?
Naturalmente si può fare la pasta senza uova, a condizione di usare solo farina di grano duro e acqua. In questo caso i tempi di asciugatura si allungano considerevolmente Top

· Di quale manutenzione necessita la macchina?
Dopo aver utilizzato i prodotti MARCATO™, attendere qualche minuto che le macchine o gli accessori si siano asciugati, agevolando l’operazione, se necessario, con della farina. Quindi spolverare la macchina per mezzo di un pennellino fino ad asportare gli eventuali residui di farina. Non è necessario lavare con acqua nessuno dei prodotti MARCATO™. Top

· Qual è il miglior impasto per i biscotti?
Nel libretto d’istruzione all’interno della scatola sono indicate ben due ricette diverse d’impasto per i biscotti. La prima delle due ricette è la classica Pasta Frolla. La seconda prevede l’utilizzo di una minor quantità di burro o margarina. Naturalmente, la ricetta può essere modificata secondo i propri gusti a condizione, però, di ricordare che la siringa funziona al meglio quando nell’impasto è presente burro, margarina o olio che ne agevoli l’uscita dalle trafile. E’ indispensabile ricordare che Biscuits© deve essere usato direttamente sul piano di cottura, senza usare carta forno. Top

· Quali accessori possono essere usati con PastaDrive©?
Non tutti gli accessori MARCATO™ possono essere usati con il motorino PastaDrive©. Esclusivamente per motivi di sicurezza, agli accessori per pasta ripiena, Ravioli – Raviolini – Cannelloni e Agnolotti, e agli accessori per la pasta riccia, Mafaldine, Pappardelle e Reginette, non può essere applicato il motore. · A quali macchine per pasta può essere adattato PastaDrive©?
A tutte le macchine per pasta MARCATO™ prodotte dopo il 1998. Tuttavia, per le macchine per pasta MARCATO™ antecedenti ma non troppo vecchie, è disponibile su richiesta il kit che permette di modificare le fiancate della macchina in modo da poter applicare PastaDrive©. Top

· Perché il Tacapasta© ha quel numero di aste?
Tacapasta© è dotato di 16 aste in policarbonato per alimenti che ruotano attorno all’asse dell’asta. Il numero di aste è stato determinato sulla base dello spazio necessario ad asciugare agevolmente due impasti di Atlas Electric©. Essi corrispondono all’incirca a 1.600 gr. di pasta. Top

· Perché Pastabike© ha quel numero di rotelle?
Pastabike© è composto di una forcella in policarbonato per alimenti, solida ed elegante, e da 9 rotelle tagliapasta su un perno scanalato. La flessibilità di Pastabike© risiede nella possibilità di poter cambiare la larghezza della pasta che si vuole realizzare. Nella misura più piccola si possono realizzare le Reginette. Top

· Che tipo di ripieno si può usare per Ravioli e Raviolini?
Si può utilizzare qualunque tipo d’impasto, sia a base di carni che di verdure e formaggi, con l’unica attenzione che si presenti cremoso e non granuloso. Top

· Hi, I bought one of your accessories off of the internet a(the Raviolissima) I made whole wheat plain dough and spinich dough with the Marcato model 150 then tried to use the Raviolissima accessory and the pasta kept breaking and the filling got all over the machine it was a big mess several times. The Raviolissima accessory in the Marcato manual shows a row of 3 ravioli at a time the one I bought only makes a row of two at a time. The accessory itself does not have your name on it anywhere that I can see is this an imposter in one of your boxes is that why it doen't work? Or could it be operator error. We are having an italian theme party for my quilters group this weekend and I wanted to make homeade ravioli. If you have any input please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you for your time. · ATLAS 150 - Ravioli attachment- Esiste alcun tipo di suggerenza per ottenere una sfoglia di larghezza uniforme affiche' si possa utilizzare l'accessorio "RAVIOLI" correttamente?
Dopo aver ottenuto un impasto omogeneo, tagliarlo a pezzi non troppo piccoli. Passare ogni singolo pezzo piu` volte attraverso i rulli lisci della Atlas 150, partendo dal numero 1 del regolatore ed arrivando mano a mano al numero 6.
In questo modo si otterranno sfoglie regolari della medesima larghezza dell' accessorio Ravioli. Top
