The new Pasta Drying Rack created by Marcato is
incredibly useful indeed! You can hang more than 2 kg (4 lbs) of
fresh pasta to dry on its sixteen sturdy, Crystal-Clear
Polycarbonate rods with the help of the practical wand
included.
The multipurpose wand, stored in the central
chrome-plated steel column, can also be used to cut the dough sheet
without damaging the worktop. The Tacapasta opens like a fan and
closes quickly without having to be disassembled, taking very little
space in your kitchen.

lengthwise and then across, squares of pasta can be obtained for
Crackers and Tortellini. To remove and regulate the distance between
the wheels, it is necessary to widen the handle by pulling outwards
and then remove the rod as shown in the figure.
The 9 sliding
wheels on the rod are reinforced with metal inserts and the handle
is made of crystal-clear polycarbonate.
Marcato Biscuits is a pleasant, useful little
machine with which twenty types of biscuits with the most original
forms may be made directly on the baking tray using the dies
provided.
Built in pure aluminium for long-life, it has been
fully redesigned (now available in four colours) and offers new
operating features.

designed for use with our AMPIA and ATLAS pasta machines modified in

supporting bracket is not necessary), it replaces the handle and
clamp, making the task of pasta preparation quick and
