The most classic of the hand-operated pasta machines. It produces dough in various thicknesses and in three widths thanks to the models available (AMPIA 150 and AMPIA 180). Fettuccine and Tagliolini can be obtained using the cutting rollers.
Quality is guaranteed by the sturdy compact structure in top quality chrome-plated steel, by the nickel-plated steel rollers, by the hardened gears and by the continuous controls and improvements made.The opening between the Flat Rollers is controlled by a Numbered Regulating Knob with 9 positions (from 2,5 mm to 0,3 mm).
