Fettuccine with ham and mascarpone


Ingredienti per 4 persons
300 g dry fettuccine
80 g cooked ham in a single slice
80 g mascarpone cheese
30 g grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Preparazione
1. Cook the pasta in abundant boiling salted water and drain when "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite).
2. Cut the cooked ham into strips the size of matchsticks. Put it into a saucepan with a tablespoon of mascarpone and cook for a few minutes.
3. Put the remaining mascarpone into a hot serving dish with the Parmesan, a little ground pepper and mix.
4. Pour the hot fettuccine into the serving dish, add the browned ham and serve.
