Ingredienti per 4 persons 500 g linguine
60 g butter
2 tablespoons oil
200 g sliced smoked salmon
2 tablespoons milk
1 spring of parsley
salt and pepper
Preparazione Heat the butter in a saucepan with the oil. Add the crumbled slices of salmon, stir, add salt and pepper and dilute the sauce with 2 tablespoons milk. Cook gently, without allowing the salmon to brown.
At the same time bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, cook the linguine and drain well when "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite).
Pour the linguine into the saucepan, mix again to blend all the ingredients, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
